Guidelines
The names and emails of all sitting Peers are included in the attached Excel spread sheet. Names are arranged alphabetically and appear in coloured format. To ensure that all or most of the 800+ members are contacted, we ask that you select the name of a Peer, whose surname begins with the same letter as your own surname.
In some cases, instead of the Peer’s personal email, there is a generic email (contactholmember@parliament.uk) given. Your email will be forwarded to the Peer in question. In a few instances, the email of the Peer’s PA is given. As some Peers share identical surnames, please ensure you include the Peer’s title, containing the territorial designation in your email. For example, there are two Peers whose surname is Ramsay: Baroness Ramsay of Cartvale and Baroness Ramsey of Wall Heath.
Parliament provides brief guidelines on how to address Peers in correspondence. We recommend you follow this. See: www.parliament.uk/business/lords/whos-in-the-house-of-lords/how-to-address-a-lord/
