Tribute to Ann Widdecombe, longstanding friend and supporter of Voice for Justice UK

It is with very great shock and sadness that we learned of the violent death of Ann Widdecombe, a long-standing friend and supporter of VfJUK.  Ann was a lady of deep faith and strong conviction, who was not afraid to voice her beliefs – but who did so with grace and sincere warmth towards those who opposed her views.

A fearless defender of the unborn and champion of Christian values, she will be sorely missed.

We pray that the perpetrator of this terrible crime will be quickly apprehended and that, after the violence and terror of her end, Ann may even now be enjoying the comfort of heaven, in the presence of the Lord she loved.
