VfJUK: Totally paralysed with no hope of recovery – look at him now

After suffering 4 strokes, David Hazeldine woke up to find himself totally paralysed, only able to move his eyes.  Doctors told his wife he had a 10% chance of survival, and that there was no hope of recovery.

What was there to live for?

Everything!

Only a few days now to the second reading of Kim Leadbeater’s Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill.  If passed, there is every danger in cash-strapped Britain that ‘death’ will become the default position for treatment of the elderly, the vulnerable and those regarded as ‘untreatable’.  In every jurisdiction where assisted suicide and/or euthanasia has been legalised, supposed ‘safeguards’ have not just proved inadequate but rapidly been completely ignored.

Voice for Justice UK seeks to uphold Christian belief and values in society, defending those facing abuse, exploitation, and/or marginalisation.  Following on the success of our recent survey, The Costs of Keeping the Faith, we want to extend our research into growing discrimination against Christians in the UK, so that we can demonstrate the very real and growing bias in our institutions, and evident at every level of society.  This, in turn, will enable us better to make the case for a more even handed application of the law that will acknowledge and uphold threatened Christian freedoms. 
Such research, however, is very costly and, to fund it, we need to raise £25,000.  To this end, we  have set up a Funding Appeal on GiveSendGo.
