Why is God calling us to pray?

When I read the news a few weeks back of the latest tranche of the Epstein files being released, with its millions of hitherto unseen documents, emails and photos, a feeling of real horror came over me, mixed with terror.  At the time, I had absolutely no idea why – after all, it wasn’t as if the revelations were of anything particularly new.  Just more of the same!  But the feeling persisted throughout the day, like a dark cloud hanging over me. In the evening, I asked the Lord, ‘Why … why am I feeling this?  What’s going on?’  And immediately I felt the answer, “You have been in the presence of a spirit of paedophilia that has been unleashed over the nation, and that will only grow stronger with what is now being revealed.  Paedophilia is becoming ‘normalised’ and many will become ensnared.  You are to pray a shield of protection over the nation.”

We are a part of the army of the Lord and we are in a spiritual battle for the soul of our nation.  For our very survival!  There are undeniably many challenges and strongholds that have to be broken, but our specific assignment at this time is to break and block access to the malign spirit of paedophilia that has taken a hold and is destroying the lives of so many. We are to pray that all that is hidden may be brought into the light and exposed; and that goodness, righteousness, obedience and purity prevail.

We are setting aside Wednesday, 18th March as a Day or Prayer.
Please join us to pray in goodness and light, and to pray
a shield of protection over our land.

Prayer points and guidance will be sent out shortly to those who have registered, and we’ll be asking you to pray throughout the day at selected times of your choosing – on your own, or with a prayer partner or prayer group.  We shall then gather by Zoom to pray and share any insights between 8 pm –  9.30 pm.
